California Sushi Roll Bowl

INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups cooked, seasoned sushi rice
6 crab sticks, cut into small pieces
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 avocado, sliced
4 Yamamotoyama’s Kiku Ariake nori, ripped into small pieces
mayo
sesame seeds, to garnish
lemon slices, to garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place rice in large bowls.
  2. Add the crab sticks, cucumber, avocado, and nori to the rice.
  3. Add a few lemon slices to garnish.
  4. Squeeze some mayo atop the ingredients.
  5. Scatter some sesame seeds atop the bowl to garnish.
  6. Pour the miso soup and enjoy.
